Abstract
With the continuous deepening of globalization and international exchange, overseas diplomatic architecture is playing an increasingly vital role in showcasing national image and facilitating international engagement. The Vietnam Hanoi Chinese Cultural Center, as a significant overseas project of our country in Vietnam, functions not only as a venue for cultural exchange but also as a window for displaying our nation's soft power. This project conducts overall planning and renovation design of the existing building, aiming to create a cultural center that both conforms to local Vietnamese cultural characteristics and manifests the contemporary ethos of modern China.
