Abstract
Design management in EPC renovation projects not only serves as the driving force at the project's initiation but also permeates throughout the entire project life cycle. This paper summarizes design management strategies for EPC renovation projects by citing actual engineering cases. Through comprehensive consideration from multiple perspectives including organizational management, technical application, process control, and quota design, it explores the application value of design management in facilitating efficient collaboration between the design process and construction phase, thereby providing a reference for the future practice and development of project management in construction enterprises.
