Abstract
Ballastless slab track construction in turnout areas represents a critical core technology in high-speed railway engineering. Through a case study on the fabrication and installation of main-line turnout slabs at Zaozhuang West Station of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, this paper expounds upon the construction processes—including construction survey, rough placement, and precision placement of ballastless turnout slabs—from both technical and management perspectives, aiming to provide an effective construction methodology for ballastless turnout slab construction in high-speed railways.

Abstract
Construction of ballastless slab track in turnout sections represents a key core technology in high-speed railway engineering. This paper elaborates on the construction techniques for ballastless turnout slabs—including measurement, rough laying, and precision laying—based on the production and installation experience of main-line turnout slabs at Zaozhuang West Station of the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway. From both technical and management perspectives, it aims to provide an effective and practical construction methodology for ballastless turnout slab installation in high-speed railway projects.
