Abstract
When conducting high-speed railway tunnel construction, engineering personnel consistently face the operation of risk factors in varying environments due to constraints imposed by geographical conditions and related technical means. In recent years, a series of safety accidents have frequently occurred in tunnel construction projects in China, primarily attributable to construction personnel's weak risk awareness and lack of advanced risk management capabilities. In this regard, this paper will systematically analyze tunnel construction management technologies and conduct in-depth research on safety risks in tunnel construction, thereby providing effective references for tunnel engineering projects in China.

Abstract
Engineering personnel engaged in high-speed railway tunnel construction consistently confront operational risks arising from diverse environmental factors due to limitations imposed by geographical conditions and technical capabilities. In recent years, China has witnessed frequent safety accidents in tunnel construction, primarily attributable to inadequate risk awareness among construction workers and a deficiency in advanced risk management skills. To address this issue, this paper systematically analyzes tunnel construction management technologies and conducts an in-depth investigation of safety risks in tunnel construction, thereby providing effective references for tunnel engineering projects in China.
