Abstract

Sleeve valve pipe grouting technology has been employed for many years with numerous engineering applications. However, Guiyang Metro planning was initiated relatively late. To study the construction technical parameters of sleeve valve pipe grouting under the geological conditions of Guiyang, this paper summarizes the construction technical measures for sleeve valve pipe grouting to control deformation in Guiyang Metro. First, the reinforcement principles of sleeve valve pipe grouting, the construction technology of sleeve valve pipe grouting, and the key technical points of construction are introduced. Post-grouting settlement monitoring data show that the maximum settlements of buildings, pipelines, and ground surface were 5 mm, 6.2 mm, and 12.1 mm, respectively, indicating good strata reinforcement effects and meeting deformation control requirements during construction.

Abstract

Sleeve pipe grouting technology has been utilized for many years across numerous construction projects. However, subway development in Guiyang commenced relatively later than in other regions. This study investigates the construction technical parameters for sleeve pipe grouting under Guiyang's unique geological conditions and summarizes the technical measures employed for deformation control in Guiyang subway projects. The paper first elaborates on the reinforcement mechanism of sleeve pipe grouting, detailing the construction methodology and key technical considerations. Post-grouting settlement monitoring data demonstrates maximum settlements of 5 mm for buildings, 6.2 mm for pipelines, and 12.1 mm for ground surfaces, indicating effective stratum reinforcement and satisfactory deformation control during the construction period.
